Sexuality is a vital dimension of human life — it is playful, expressive, and a meaningful source of pleasure. It allows us to connect and communicate with others, sharing intimacy and pleasure (if we want). Our sexual selves influence our physical health, emotional well‑being, and overall quality of life. However, many of us grow up without comprehensive sexual education; our beliefs and attitudes are shaped by incomplete or conflicting messages. It’s therefore common to have questions or encounter challenges at different life stages, whether individually or within relationships. When these concerns go unaddressed, they can cause real suffering and negatively affect how we feel about ourselves and our relationships.
Sexual therapy provides a safe, specialised space to speak openly about sexuality, discover who we are, and explore how we want to live our intimate experiences.
Constanza’s path combines rigorous academic training with activism for sexual rights. A medical doctor with advanced training in clinical sexology, couple and family therapy, and Ericksonian hypnosis, she works from the premise that sexuality is inseparable from our personal history, relationships, and social context. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and respectful. She supports individuals, couples, and wider relational networks in a safe, inclusive environment that honours diverse identities and experiences.
